Is it necessary to make My Account to order a product?

My Account allows you to edit your personal information like name, address, phone number, email preferences and password. We recommend you to create an account as it also helps you track the status of your orders and view your order history. However, you may place an order without making your account and only by providing your email address.

How do I place an order on ?

If you are a new Customer , you will need to enter your delivery address, name and payment details. If you are an existing Customer, you will be asked to log in and enter your credit card details. Once the transaction is completed, you will be shown an order confirmation page, a copy of which shall also be sent to your email address. Sit back , relax and wait for your favourite sportsgear to be delivered to you!

How can I check the delivery status of my order?

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please call us as early as possible after receiving the order confirmation email, as the order processing starts immediately after the email is sent to you.

I want a product which is “Out of Stock”, what should I do?

For products which are out of stock with us, please click on "Notify Me" link on the Product page and enter your email address. We will inform you once the product is "In stock" again.

Can I remove items from my shopping cart?

Yes, placing items in your shopping cart does not obligate you to buy the items. You can keep the items for evaluation at a later time to buy and can modify the cart contents at any time before proceeding to checkout.

Are the products new , genuine good quality products?

We only sell NEW, GENUINE products from good quality manufacturers from India and abroad. The products are sourced directly from the manufacturers warehouse or their authorised distributors and representatives. Note the genuine product mark on the product page as a mark of quality of

Is credit card payment safe?

What is the EMI scheme available on ?

You can avail of EMI facility on our website in the following credit cards: Kotak, ICICI, Axis, HSBC, IndusInd or Amex and pay in 3, 6, 9, 12 or (also 18, 24 - Kotak/HSBC) easy instalments. The minimum order value should be Rs.5000 for Amex card users and Rs.3000 for others. There is no processing fee charged by us for using the EMI facility. However, your bank will charge you interest rate as per the chart below. Please note that for any refund/replacement, we are not liable to refund any bank interest charges. For more details regarding EMI payments, please contact your bank. For using this option, choose Online Payment through 'CCavenue payment gateway' in Step 4 of Checkout Page, where you may choose options under 'Credit Card EMI'.

Is there any charge for orders with Cash-on-Delivery (COD) option ?

We do not charge any COD fees for an order value of INR 3000 and above. For order value of less than 3000, we charge a nominal COD fee of INR 100.

Is there any limit for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders ?

Yes, you may place an order on COD basis for minimum order value INR 1000 and maximum INR 20,000 only. If you want to place an order beyond the value, kindly make an online payment or choose to deposit cash in our bank account by creating an order under Bank / Cash Deposit.

I cannot see an option of Cash-on-Delivery (COD) while making payment?

We have COD facility in a wide number of pincodes.

In case we do not have COD in your area, you may choose to pay cash from your local bank branch into our Bank account and choose "Bank Deposit" during checkout. An Order Confirmation email will be sent to you with our bank account details. Kindly make the cash deposit and inform us by email or phone.

Please note that orders for personalised items (eg. customised racquets) and bulky items (including but not limited to table tennis tables, fitness equipments) are not applicable for COD payment.

Are there any charges like Octroi, Sales Tax etc?

If your location does NOT have Octroi / local duty / entry tax, there are no charges for tax when you purchase a product on What you pay is what you see on our products page. However, if your location HAS Octroi / local duty / entry tax, you will have to bear the duty / tax.

Where can I find my credit/debit card security number?

Your credit/debit card security number is a 3 digit number on the far right side of the signature strip on the back of your card. In American Express cards, it is 4 digits long and printed on the front of the card.

What is “Verified by Visa” page when using a Visa card?

“Verified by Visa” enables you to enter your internet banking user/password as one more level of authentication, to minimize unauthorized usage of your card online. You are however allowed to proceed without i-banking user/password 10 times by providing only your date of birth.

My card account reflects the payment made, but my order is declined. What should I do?

Please inform our customer service immediately when you notice such a case. We will check with our payment gateway agency regarding the success of the payment, and shall inform you accordingly.

Can you provide me a formal invoice for a product I bought for my company use?

Yes, we can give you a formal invoice for any purchase done on your company name. Please send us your formal Purchase Order along with full payment in advance, and we shall process your order immediately.


What is the shipping cost?

We provide free delivery for all orders of INR 1000 and above. For order value of less than 1000, we charge a nominal shipping fee of INR 100.

In how long will the product be delivered?

The estimated delivery time for Metros/Tier 1 cities in mentioned in product details pages. For rest of India, we estimate 3-4 more days for transit. For Bulky items, remote areas or where statutory entry documents are required, there may be further delay, depending upon courier services in the area. We have Express Delivery (Next Business Day) services for few locations, please refer to section below for more details.

An email and SMS communication shall be sent to you once the order is shipped with all shipping details. To request for an “Out of Stock” item, please write to us. We use reputed courier services for speedy delivery. However, if we do not have any courier agency service available in your area, we will try to make alternate arrangements or we may even have to regretfully decline your order.

I need the product urgently! Can you deliver my order in 1 day?

Yes, we do have an Express Delivery service for NCR and Pune which delivers your order to you the Next Business Day. This service is applicable for Online Payment mode only and a charge of Rs. 200 is applicable on your total cart value. For using this option, please select "Online Payment - Next Day Delivery" option during checkout. If you do not see this option during checkout, you may call us for help. Kindly place orders BEFORE 4 pm to get delivery on the next day of ordering. Please refer to chart below for Next Business Day delivery days.

Any order placed AFTER 4pm on and/or any customisation of product (including but not limited to Stringing of Racquet) will add one extra day in delivery in this service. "Business Day" does not include Sunday , National holidays, Bank Holidays or any Force Majeure events. If we fail to deliver you the product the next day, the Rs.200 Express service charges shall be refunded back to you. Please note that in case of Cancellation of order or Exchange of order (including but not limited to changes in Size / Colour), the Express service charges shall NOT be refunded.

Can I gift my friend a product from the website?

Do you deliver outside India?

At present, we only deliver to cities and towns in India. You can place the order from anywhere in the world, with delivery address in India. However, you may contact us with your query and we will let you know if we can serve you.

What should I do if my order does not arrive?

What if there is no one at home when the order arrives?

In such a case, the courier will leave a note requesting a call back at a given number, where you should intimate your exact time of availability for delivery.

What if the package is opened or looks to be tampered with upon delivery?

Can we make bulk purchases at special rates?

How should I use a Discount Voucher Code?

A coupon or promotion code entitles you for a discount or incentive when you buy a product under promotion from us. All you need to do is enter the “Discount Voucher code” in the box provided during checkout (in Display Cart Page) and your total order value shall be automatically recalculated according to the discount rate in the code.
